Returns and Exchanges

You can do the Made And exchange within 14 days from shipment.

NB it is specified that the costs of returning the goods are in any case borne by the customer.

Furthermore, the items must be intact with the original tag and must not be worn, washed or damaged in any way. In the event that the garments do not meet the required requirements, they will be returned at the customer's expense.

RETURN AND SIZE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

To send to NANU' by Flavia Dolcimascolo one or more returns, the Customer is required to respect precise conditions:

1. All items on sale on the website are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the item. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag.

The return will be accepted only with intact tags. Not they will be under no circumstances accepted returned with tags cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.

2. Items to be returned they must not have been worn , stretch , wash yourself or treated in any way.

3. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packed And packed adequately.

4. All the others labels of the garment, both in fabric and pendants, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

5. The goods to be returned must be delivered physically and exclusively to Express courier not later than 14 days working days from the date of delivery.

6. The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the procedure return via whatsapp at 3773735384.

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, NANU' reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We urge you to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items with missing or damaged original hanging labels will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros.


To request permission to the returned , the Customer must send a request via WhatsApp to 3773735384 within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The codes of the items you intend to return and the order number must be specified in the message. After sending the request, simply download the return form and continue.
The shipping price will be borne by the Customer.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk, NANU' is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, including the appropriate form (see point C) completed.

All returned items will be inspected by NANU ' staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
NANU' reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.


Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.

The refund does not include the return of shipping costs.

The refund will be paid to the original account and/or in the same way.
